Equipment

Clothing

Karate is practiced in a white gi with belt. The uniform supports clear movement, hygiene, and equal training conditions in the dojo.

Belt colors indicate training stages. Progress is shown through technical quality, discipline, and continuity in practice.

Protective Gear

Depending on training format and competition rules, protective equipment can include gloves, mouthguard, shin protection, chest or groin protection, and foot protection.

Training Accessories

Pads, bags, wooden or synthetic training tools, and mats support specific drills. They complement regular dojo training and are selected according to the training goal.
