About this Website

I started Karate in 2014 at Karate-Do Porrentruy and trained regularly – up to four times a week. After four years of dedicated practice, I earned my 1st Dan in 2018. Since then, Karate has become an anchor for me – a flame worth keeping alive, both through this website and through training in the dojo.

The path was not always smooth. Several moves meant leaving behind my dojo and training partners each time. I could not stay in the same club, and my Karate training lost momentum over the years. Personal difficulties added to the interruptions. Between 2020 and 2026 I was not training as often as I would have liked. But I kept at it – that connection never fully broke.

Professionally I never quite found solid ground either – there is a lot of uncertainty there, and with regard to my health as well. But that is precisely why this website means so much to me. It is something I can always come back to, something I can build piece by piece, at my own pace.

This website is my declaration of passion for Karate. I hope it becomes something beautiful and interesting for anyone who shares this passion. Whatever the future holds – this project grows with me.
