A beginner must have the ability and willingness to develop their senses, muscles, coordination, flexibility and mind. Even someone missing a limb can become a good karateka.

For a good to high karateka level, one always needs the same abilities as a beginner. However, they have significantly higher physical coordination and abilities than people of the same age who do not practice Karate.

Health

A person who practices Karate has better health. Additionally, you feel good and exhausted after training. If you practice Karate seriously, the body is in good condition.

The risk of respiratory or cardiovascular diseases is significantly lower. It has been scientifically proven that the risk of cancer is reduced by Karate.

There is even a Karate style that was developed to support cancer healing and has recorded great success.
